1. Limitations on Use. Products purchased through this website are for screening and self-monitoring purposes only. There is NO "safe" amount of alcohol to drink before driving. Do NOT drink and drive.

2. Refund Policy. Products purchased from this website are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects. All products are manually calibrated and in full working order before they are shipped to the customer. If you believe a product purchased from this website is defective, please ship the product to our service center (address can be found in the Support page), along with a copy of your invoice and reason for return. If you are not satisfied with the product and are returning it in full working condition (not for repair or replacement), you will be not be charged within of 14 days after the purchase.

3. Indemnity. AlkoStar will not be held responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of this website and/or any products purchased from this website. As with most commercially available breath alcohol testers available for general consumer use, the devices sold on this website are for screening purposes only, which means that the breath alcohol results displayed by the devices are not submissible as legal evidence.

AlkoStar may modify or otherwise amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and will make notice of any such modifications or amendments on this website. Continued use of this website and its related services for twenty (20) days following any such notice will serve as acknowledgement and acceptance of the new terms and conditions. The manufacturer, importer or distributor takes no responsibility whatsoever for the use of this product for any reason. This product must not be used äs a tool for determining whether a person is able to operate a vehicle or machinery. The intake of any alcohol will impair reflexes and judgment to operate motor vehicles and machinery.
